TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PRXDIGY STUDIO services and website. By booking a session or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Deposits

• All sessions must be booked in advance. Inquiries submitted through our form are not confirmed sessions.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your session time. No session is confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Deposits are applied toward your final session total.
• Remaining balance is due at or before the session begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your booked session. Requests made with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows forfeit the full deposit and any remaining session credit.

Session Policy

• No unattended sessions. The booking artist must be present for the duration of the session.
• Sessions begin at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals reduce available session time — the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• Additional time beyond the booked session is subject to availability and additional charges at our standard hourly rate.
• Guests must be approved in advance. PRXDIGY STUDIO reserves the right to limit the number of guests for any session.
• Illegal activity, damage to the space, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

Revisions

• Mixing and mastering packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions within 14 days of project delivery, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
• Revisions must be submitted in a single, consolidated list per round. Additional revisions or changes requested beyond the included rounds are billed at our standard rate.
• Major creative direction changes or re-recording requests are considered new work and billed separately.

SMS / Text Message Consent

Ownership & Rights

• You retain ownership of your original recordings, lyrics, and creative material.
• Any beats, production, or original material created by PRXDIGY STUDIO remain our property unless a separate licensing or exclusive rights agreement is in place.
• PRXDIGY STUDIO reserves the right to use session photos, videos, and portions of finished work for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Liability Limitation

PRXDIGY STUDIO provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or delays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Clients are responsible for backing up their own files. While we take care to preserve session data, we are not responsible for lost or corrupted files after delivery.

Right to Refuse Service

PRXDIGY STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving disrespectful behavior, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.

Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
